Cancelation Policy

Three hours minimum notice required for cancellations or rescheduling needs. Call the shop at 215-295-6559 during regular business hours or leave a voicemail message. We understand medical and family emergencies happen, refunds are given on a case by case basis. For example, forgetting your appointment or oversleeping do not warrant a refund. Thank you for understanding!

If you are ill, we will do our best to reschedule when you are feeling better. Flu and Covid are surging again and we all need to protect each other.
